He has worked in the UK, New Zealand and Egypt and has experience with farm enterprises of all types but has developed particular expertise in working with small ruminant enterprises providing consultancy advice to a range of sheep and goat enterprises.

Cormac is passionate about maximising utilisation of pasture on farms, ensuring labour efficiencies throughout the whole farm system and utilising innovative approaches to drive profitability and sustainability.
